We currently operate on a no-refund, exchange-only basis.

If you would like to exchange an item, please email help@highroller.co within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Q: Do you restock items?

A: Our collections are usually limited runs, so once an item sells out it may not come back. Make sure you’re signed up to our mailing list to hear first about new drops.

Q: My item is faulty, what should I do?

A: Email help@highroller.co with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll sort it quickly.
